On Wednesday at 12:30 am deputies arrested a North Tonawanda man on felony DWI charges after he was found to have a previous one in the last decade.
Deputies arrested Philip S. Sambroski, 30, for driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for having a tail light out on State Route 96.
He was also found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana, which resulted in a criminal possession of a controlled substance charge, too.
The driving while intoxicated charge was bumped up to felony status after it was discovered that he had a previous DWI charge within the last 10 years.
The charges will be answered in Victor Town Court.
