Red Wings hold off Bisons 4-3, climb back to .500

The Rochester Red Wings scored three first inning runs, and held off the Buffalo Bisons 4-3 Tuesday at Frontier Field. The teams meet again Wednesday afternoon at 1:35 p.m., another $1 Wednesday with $1 Zweigle’s hot dogs, peanuts, chips, and Cracker Jack.

The Red Wings got off to an early 3-0 lead in the first inning. Mitch Garver and ByungHo Park had back-to-back RBI doubles off of Buffalo starting pitcher T.J. House. John Ryan Murphy added a sacrifice fly to score Park.
