State police: Auburn man arrested for second DWI in 10 years

An Auburn man was remanded to Cayuga County Jail for felony driving while intoxicated, New York State Police said.

Jason Baskerville, 52, was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with two felonies, a misdemeanor and several traffic infractions.

According to a press release, at around 12:15 a.m. Saturday, troopers were called to a car off the road on County House Road in the town of Sennett. Upon arrival, police discovered that Baskerville had been drinking alcohol while driving a motor vehicle.
