Police: Seneca Falls woman drove impaired with child in car

On Monday around 6:26 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Seneca Falls resident following a traffic stop on Fall St.

Officers say Olivia R. Ritter, 33, of Seneca Falls was stopped after a traffic complaint was filed. The caller told 911 that the vehicle Ritter was operating, was all over the roadway.

Police located the vehicle eastbound on Fall St., observing it cross into another lane.

A traffic stop was performed, and following the investigation she was charged with failure to keep right, driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.

A 13-year-old child was also found in the vehicle, which prompted the Leandra’s Law charge.

She is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 12th.
