Sunshine in the forecast today and this weekend in the FLX

Dry weather is coming.

After Tuesday turned into a soaker for much of the region, Wednesday will bring skies with thinning clouds and warming temperatures. Even more impressively, FLX Weather Meteorologist Drew Montreuil says that an extended period of dry weather is on the way — just in time for the weekend.

There will be a chance for some rain early-Thursday, but beyond that things will open up and the region will be dry through Monday or Tuesday.
