Deputies: Multiple suspects used stolen credit card in Seneca Co.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests in connection with a credit card, which was stolen and used multiple times, by multiple suspects.

Investigators say Ian M. Belanger, 30, of Ovid; Stacey L. Courtright, 28, of Ovid; and Courtney B. Bower, 20, of Fayette were arrested and face multiple charges.

The investigation remains active, according to the Sheriff’s Office, and additional arrests are possible.

Belanger was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, six counts of third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification information, six counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, as well as six counts of petit larceny, according to investigators.

Courtright was charged with four counts of third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification information, four counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and four counts of petit larceny.

Deputies say that Bower was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, four counts of third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification information, and four counts of criminal possession of stolen property. She was also charged with four counts of petit larceny.
