The Republican Party primary for Ontario County district attorney is drawing a lot of attention this election season.
Kristina “Kitty” Karle and James Ritts are squaring off Tuesday for the Republican line to see who will replace longtime District Attorney R. Michael Tantillo, who is retiring at the end of the year. Ritts and Karle also are running a Reform Party primary.
But Republican voters in several Ontario County towns also will be asked to weigh in on local primary races.
Polls are open from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
