Geneva man charged after Seneca Falls domestic incident

On Monday around 9:33 pm police arrested a 25-year-old Geneva man following a domestic incident, which happened on September 4th.

Jonathan L. King, 25, of Geneva is accused of intentionally damaging the victim’s vehicle while a child was inside. Additionally, the incident took place at a Town of Seneca Falls business, and both parties were protected by an order of protection.



King left the scene before police arrived, according to their reports, but was subsequently located in Geneva on Monday.

He was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of third-degree criminal mischief.

King was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
