Deputies say a motorcyclist from Hall is in critical condition at Strong Memorial Hospital after an accident, which took place at the intersection of Rt. 5&20 and Kearney Rd.

The crash took place around 5:13 pm when 43-year-old William Alexander, of Stanley, entered Rt. 5&20 — crossing into the path of James R. Snyder, 58, of Hall.

Snyder was traveling east on his motorcycle, according to deputies.

He was found unresponsive at the scene and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition by LifeNet.

Rt. 5&20 was closed for several hours as crews worked to investigate and reconstruct the scene. No charges have been filed at this time, according to deputies.
