Police: Waterloo man faces felony charges after fraud investigation

A 25-year-old Waterloo man was arrested by police in Seneca Falls after he was found to be possessing two personal checks that had been forged.

Police say Zachery R. Ramirez, 25, of Waterloo was charged with two counts of second-degree felony criminal possession of a forged instrument after a fraud investigation.



Ramirez is accused of possessing two personal checks that had been forged. He was arrested, arraigned, and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.

He will be present for a felony hearing on September 27th at 2 pm.
