While it won’t be a washout, forecasters say that the first half of the day will be predominantly dry — followed by an afternoon- and evening period that will be unsettled and wet.

Those showers will become more likely and more widely scattered overnight, before tapering off in the early-morning hours.
Saturday will be the coolest day of the weekend, but should gradually improve throughout the day. High temperatures on Saturday are only expected to be around 60 degrees. Some portions of the Finger Lakes may struggle to even get out of the 50s at all.
It will be quite a change from the recent hot weather, which sent highs into the mid-80s and even near 90 for a week.
Sunday looks like the best day of the weekend. With highs in the mid-60s and lots of sun — it will be the best day of the weekend to get out and enjoy some of the awesome events happening in the Finger Lakes.
