A Republican-aligned group is continuing its advocacy for tax reform.
The American Action Network’s Middle-Class Growth Initiative is investing $500,000 to support a two-week digital advertising campaign. The ads will appear on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other platforms in 42 congressional districts, including six in New York.
The ad focuses on what Republicans believe is a major benefit of the party’s proposed tax plan — that it will provide an average tax cut of $1,200 for middle-class families.
“For too long, hardworking Americans have suffered under an outdated and unfair tax code. Families living paycheck to paycheck, working hard to get ahead, deserve some relief,” said Corry Bliss, American Action Network’s executive director.
