Traffic stop leads to DWI charge for Canandaigua man

New York State Police Canandaigua on December 2nd at 12:22 am observed a vehicle with the rear passenger stop lamp inoperable on North Main Street in Canandaigua.

A traffic stop was initiated and the driver identified by his NY license as Narak D. Spencer, 22 of Canandaigua had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from him.



He was given roadside field sobriety test’s which were failed and taken into custody for 1192.

Spencer provide a breath sample with a blood alcohol content of .12 percent.

He was issued appearance ticket’s for 1192-2/1192-3 DWI and traffic tickets returnable to City of Canandaigua Court on December 15th, 2017 at 8:30 am.
