The Seneca County Planning Board Thursday will review a proposed subdivision of 74.5 acres of land at the former Seneca Army Depot.
The county Industrial Development Agency is planning to subdivide the parcel prior to transferring the land to Earl Martin as the location of his Seneca Iron Works manufacturing operation, now in Fayette.
The land would be split off from the 7,000 acres of the former depot to be bought by Martin by next spring. The parcel is zoned for warehouse, industrial, transportation or energy uses.
Martin has asked that the parcel be subdivided before he purchases it and relocates his business there.
