Canandaigua, Victor chambers look into working together

The Chambers of Commerce in Canandaigua and Victor are looking to the future, and ways they can work together for their communities’ mutual benefit.

The Canandaigua and Victor chambers are looking at how their two organizations can collaborate in support of continued growth and prosperity in their respective communities and the region as a whole. In a business climate where collaborations and partnerships are commonplace, the leadership of both boards are examining several options for delivering greater impact to a combined audience of 750-plus member-businesses, while continuing to serve local and traveling consumers in western Ontario County.

“We’re excited by the prospect of collaborating with the Victor Chamber,” stated Lauren Kolb, president of the board of the Canandaigua chamber. “Their organization is well-run and well-respected. It makes perfect sense to explore additional opportunities to work together and foster deeper relations with our close-knit communities. Our respective teams are dynamic and our board members exemplify leadership and a shared vision for the future; business development, visitor engagement and economic growth. Exciting times, to say the least.”
