Seneca Falls man arrested twice in December after violating order of protection

A Seneca Falls man was arrested a second time during the month of December after violating a stay away order of protection, according to police.

On Friday, December 21st at 8:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 44-year-old Adam J. Christensen.

The arrest stems from an violation of an order of protection investigation.



During the investigation, Christensen, was reported to be violating a court ordered stay away order of protection. Following the investigation he was charged with one count of second-degree criminal contempt.

Christensen was processed, then arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 4th, 2018, at 6:00 pm.
