Dryden teen accused of sexually abusing victim under 11-years-old

A 17-year-old Dryden resident was indicted on sex abuse charges after allegedly having sex with a child less than 11-years-old. Police say that Kevin Wydick Jr., of Dryden admitted to sexually abusing the child in the Village of Dryden during a video interview. Firefighters in Cayuga County were called to a building fire in Genoa last night, which was reportedly ‘fully-engulfed’ when the first crews arrived on-scene.
