The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help locating a 22-year-old, involved in a drug investigation.

Joshua A. Morgan, 22, who has ties to Waterloo and Newark is wanted on two charges including third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, as well as third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Both are Class B felonies, according to investigators, who say that Morgan is not believed to be dangerous.

Investigators ask anyone with information on his location to contact the Seneca County 911 Center at (315) 539-9241 or the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at (315) 220-3240. Callers can remain anonymous.

Officials with the Sheriff’s Office say that they believe Morgan is aware of the warrant, but has not cooperated with investigators to this point.
