Deputies: Canandaigua man charged after biting, striking victim during domestic

Deputies arrested a Canandaigua man on Wednesday around 2:04 am on multiple charges following a a domestic incident.

According to deputies, Joshua Labombard, 29, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault following a domestic incident where he struck and bit a victim.



The entire incident violated a refrain from order of protection, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The charges will be answered in Hopewell Town Court.
