Weather improves throughout the weekend in FLX

Things are getting better here in the Finger Lakes.

According to FLX Weather Meteorologist Drew Montreuil a few morning showers and lingering clouds on Thursday will give way to much brighter, warmer weather over the next several.

Temperatures will not moderate that much on Thursday, as highs will sit in the mid-20s, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be much warmer.

Montreuil says that the forecast is trending warmer, and that highs should be in the mid- to upper-40s during both weekend days.

The up-and-down pattern will continue with colder, snowier weather in the forecast early-next week.
