Clyde woman charged with aggravated DWI after traffic stop

State Police arrested a 23-year-old Clyde woman on DWI charges following a traffic stop on Ridge Road in Huron this week.

Upon investigation it was determined that Jessica M. Mouton, 23, of Clyde had a BAC of 0.21 percent.

She was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.

Mouton was transported to State Police Wolcott after failing multiple field sobriety tests.

The charges will be answered in Huron Town Court at a later date.
