Rochester woman charged with felony DWI in Ontario

Deputies say a 39-year-old Rochester woman was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario this week.

The incident happened on Thursday around 2:56 a.m. when Jennifer L. Bisig, 39, was stopped on Route 104 for a traffic violation.

Upon investigation it was determined that she was intoxicated and driving with a BAC of 0.09 percent.



Bisig was charged with felony DWI due to a 2011 conviction, and driving without adequate license plate lights.

She was arraigned in Ontario Town Court and committed to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $2,500 secured bond.

Further proceedings will take place in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
