Deputies report that on Tuesday at approximately 9:18 a.m. they arrested a 33-year-old Huron resident following an investigation into a disturbance.
Paul E. Debardlabon, 33, was charged with assault and criminal obstruction of breathing after allegedly becoming enraged that law enforcement was called to the initial disturbance.
As result, he began destroying a 65-inch television, then turned his anger toward an employee at the location on Clapper Road.
Deputies say it was a Finger Lakes DDSO house, at which the employee was then choked and thrown against a wall.
A taser was deployed to control Debardlabon and was taken into custody.
He was arraigned in Huron Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
