Hillside manager accused of inappropriately touching three kids; multiple felony charges filed

Deputies report the arrest of a manager at the Hillside Children’s Center in Hopewell following a joint-investigation between the New York State Justice Center and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeffrey Todd Webster, 54, of Lakeville was originally charged on October 2nd with forcible touching following an investigation reported at the Hillside Children’s Center in Hopewell.

After the arrest, two additional females came forward alleging that Webster had touched them inappropriately while he was the manager at Hillside Children’s Center where they were detained.

As result, he was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child this week.

Investigators filed the charges in Hopewell Town Court; and orders of protection were filed on behalf of the victims.

The investigation remains active, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
