A jury consisting of six men and six women was selected in court on Monday for the trial of a Manchester man facing charges of sexual assault and rape of a minor.
Steven Feliciano, 56, is charged with multiple counts of rape including the top count, predatory sexual assault, a class A-II felony. With the jury now selected, opening statements and witness testimony is scheduled for Tuesday.
Ontario County Court Judge William Kocher is presiding over the trial, his last before he retires. First Assistant District Attorney, Jason MacBride, is prosecuting the case and Marcea Clark Tetamore is Feliciano’s defense attorney.
Feliciano was arrested in May of 2018 and is being held on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
