Seneca Falls man charged with aggravated harassment after Fayette incident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls man after a warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from an incident in April.

Deputies say that Michael P. Erb, of Seneca Falls was arrested on a warrant out of Fayette Town Court for second-degree aggravated harassment.

Deputies say Erb threatened a resident on April 14th during an incident. The victim was alarmed by the threats, and feared for their safety, according to deputies.

Erb was remanded to the Seneca County Jail and will appear in Fayette Town Court to answer the charge.
