Driver in fatal Dryden crash charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter

The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office has charged the driver in a fatal crash in Dryden with driving while intoxicated and vehicular manslaughter.

In an update, the sheriff’s office identified Annabelle Liz, 21, of Brooklyn, as the driver. She was charged with DWI, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, a felony, unsafe lane change, and speeding.
