Police: Waterloo resident violates protective order

A Waterloo man was arrested this week following the violation of an order of protection.

On Thursday at 10:44 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kelly J. Arnold, 56, of Waterloo following an order of protection violation.

Arnold had an order of protection preventing him from having any contact with an individual. He solicited a third-party to speak to the protected party on his behalf, violating the order.



Arnold was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal solicitation in the fifth degree.

He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
