Liverpool man part of group accused of stealing electronics from SF Walmart

Police say a 57-year-old Liverpool man was arrested on felony charges in Seneca Falls following an incident and investigation at the Walmart store located on North Road.

Steven M. Kilgore, 57, was a member of a group who worked together to steal more than $2,000 worth of electronics from the store, according to police.

Through investigation, police were able to identify Kilgore as a person involved. He had prior shoplifting charges from Walmart, which resulted in him being banned from all stores and Walmart-owned property.

Kilgore was charged with grand larceny and burglary; both felony charges. He was also charged with conspiracy.

Police say he was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
