PERFECT FORECAST: Quiet summer weekend in the Finger Lakes

Don’t expect anything crazy in the forecast this weekend.

It’s going to be a hallmark summer weekend in the Finger Lakes with warm, comfortable temperatures – and plenty of sunshine.

Virtually no clouds throughout the weekend, which means plenty of warm weather. Daytime highs throughout the weekend will hang between 80-85 for most places. A few might be a little higher, but a vast majority will stay there.

Nighttime lows will be kept in the 60s, which will feel comfortable compared to more humid air that was in the region last weekend.

Even after the weekend, the new work week will start out comfortable with average temperatures, and a small – but building – chance for showers and storms.
