Police: Waterloo man promised to complete home improvement work, but never started or even bought supplies

Police say that a Waterloo man was charged in Seneca Falls on Sunday after an investigation into home improvement work.

Del Bahmann, 47, of Waterloo is accused of entering into an agreement with a Seneca Falls resident to complete home repairs and upgrades.

However, after being paid, Bahmann never completed the work. Police say he also did not purchase supplied to even begin the work.

As result, Bahmann was charged with one count of petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
