Students return to class after evacuation caused by bomb threat at South Seneca

South Seneca Superintendent Steve Zielinski says that students were temporarily evacuated on Wednesday after a bomb threat.

While details of the incident were not immediately available – Zielinski said all threats are taken seriously by faculty and administration.

Students were evacuated around 10:15 a.m. and began returning to classrooms – after the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office gave the all clear – around 11 a.m.

Zielinski said a more-detailed update would be available this afternoon.
