Man violates stay away order, threatens to kill person in Penn Yan

The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old homeless man following a domestic incident that was investigated on January 26th.

Police say Daniel Tiaskkun, 29, who had no address at the time of his arrest, turned himself into police on January 31st.



They say he disobeyed a stay away order of protection. While he was at the protected party’s residence – he threatened to kill another person.

Tiaskkun was placed under arrest and transported to the Yates County Jail.
