Police: Lyons woman charged with burglary after being banned from Walmart

Police say that on February 6th around 5:25 p.m. a Lyons woman was arrested following an incident in Seneca Falls at the Walmart store on North Road.

Evee S. Rivaldo, 28, of Lyons was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, and one count of petit larceny.

Police say the arrest stems from an incident at Walmart. Rivaldo had been banned from entering the business, but trespassed.

She stole several items once inside. Police say Rivaldo was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
