On Monday, the Yates County Legislature named Nonie Flynn county administrator.
The decision came by a unanimous vote. She’s already been in the role, as acting county administrator.
She succeeded Bob Lawton, who left that role in November 2018.
In addition to serving as county administrator, Flynn will continue in her roles as county treasurer and budget officer, according to Finger Lakes News Radio.
“I’m certainly grateful for the legislators extending this honor and responsibility,” she said in an interview with Finger Lakes News Radio. “I’ll continue to work hard in collaboration with all of the legislators.”
