Wolcott man charged with felony assault, robbery after violent incident

Deputies in Wayne County say they have made an arrest following a robbery and assault that occurred in North Rose on January 17th.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that Kenneth E. Wilson, 40, of Wolcott was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery, and one count of first-degree assault.

Deputies say the victim was beaten and robbed. However, they did not provide additional information about his condition.

Deputies say Wilson was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
