Seneca Falls man arrested on felony charge after damaging window at local business

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 30-year-old following a mischief complaint at a local business.

The incident occurred on January 23rd, according to police, who say that the suspect, identified as Joshua Kurdziolek, 30, damaged the window of a local business.

Police say he then left the scene after damaging the window. As result of the incident and investigation, Kurdziolek was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
