Police: Canandaigua man caused disturbance at business, refused to leave

The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 64-year-old following a disturbance at a Niagara Street business.

Police say Darryl Gill, 64, of Canandaigua caused a disturbance at the business and refused to leave.

While being escorted out – he struck the victim in the face. Gill was charged with second-degree harassment.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
