Wolcott woman charged after choking man in front of child

Deputies say a Wolcott woman was arrested on several charges after a domestic incident that took place in front of a child.

Amber Rapholz, 34, of Wolcott was charged with harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

She’s accused of shoving and choking a male during an incident that took place in front of a child.

Rapholz was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
