Deputies: Williamson woman charged after causing significant damage to home

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson woman following an investigation into a local disturbance.

Deputies say Jai’Ana Spivey, 18, of Williamson was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

She’s accused of damaging a coffee table that didn’t belong to her during an incident. She’s further accused of using the legs of that coffee table to cause additional damage to the walls of the home.

She was transported to the Wayne County Jail to be processed and released on an appearance ticket. She will answer the charges at a later date.
