Romulus man charged with aggravated DWI w/ two children in the car

Deputies in Ontario County report the arrest of a Romulus man following a traffic stop on Forge Avenue in the town of Geneva.

Dwayne Williams, 37, was initially pulled over for failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely. Upon investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated.

Additional investigation determined that there were two children inside the vehicle at the time, which elevated the DWI charge.

Williams was arrested for aggravated DWI and will answer the charges at a later date.
