Three Wayne teens accused of 3D printing and selling guns

Three teens from Wayne County have been arrested following an extensive investigation by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Oakley S. Billings, Nicholas D. Frizelle, and Colin L. Galloway, all 18, face multiple charges related to illegal firearm activities, including the sale and possession of ghost guns.

The arrests occurred after search warrants were executed at their residences on May 7th. The operations, carried out by the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. team, resulted in the seizure of multiple firearms, gun parts, and a 3D printer used for producing firearms.

Billings, Frizelle, and Galloway were taken to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment, facing serious felony charges ranging from criminal possession of a weapon to the criminal sale of a firearm.
