Members of the Canandaigua Police Department say a Farmington resident has been arrested after stealing supplies from the emergency room at F.F. Thompson Hospital. A 22-year-old Farmington woman was charged with possessing a controlled substance following a traffic stop on County Rd. 6. Deputies say Jessica M.
