Manchester woman charged with welfare fraud failed to report over $200K of income

A 60-year-old Manchester woman was arrested on February 17th, according to deputies in Ontario County after an investigation into alleged welfare fraud. Deputies say Karen M. Ray, 60, of Manchester was taken into custody after an arrest warrant was issued for her arrest.
