Deputies: Manchester man damaged $800 mattress

Deputies arrested a 27-year-old Manchester man following an incident in Canandaigua. Mark Young Jr., of Manchester was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after damaging a mattress valued at $800 on December 5th at Candlewood Apartments.
