Palmyra man facing charges after incident at his home

A 50-year-old Palmyra man is facing multiple charges after an incident at his Manchester residence. Deputies arrested Kevin Casey, 50, for criminal obstruction of breathing or circulation and second-degree unlawful imprisonment after an incident at his home. A 60-year-old Manchester woman was arrested on February 17th, according to deputies in Ontario County after an investigation into alleged welfare fraud. Deputies say Karen M.
