Traffic stop in Phelps leads to arrest of Geneva men on drug charges

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 1st at approximately 6:50 pm two Geneva men were arrested for possessing various drugs following a traffic stop on Melvin Hill Road, in Phelps. Clifton Springs man drove under influence of drugs, according to deputies

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that 49-year-old Edwin Rosario Vasquez, of Clifton Springs was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs after deputies received a complaint of a sick or intoxicated driver.
