Deputies in Ontario County report that Amanda Marie Dumaw, 28, of Rochester was arrested at Kohl’s in the Town of Victor on November 17th at 8:09 pm for burglary in the third degree, as well as petit larceny after an incident. Rochester trio charged with theft from Kohl’s in Victor
