Deputies say a 22-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested in Ontario County over the weekend after a traffic stop on Route 21 in Hopewell. Nathan Lewis Smith, 22, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following the traffic stop.
