Rochester man facing felony charges after Tyre investigation

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Richard J. Karre, 28, of Rochester on July 25th around 5 pm. Deputies say he was charged with first-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree criminal mischief. Both are felonies. del Lago dealer charged with grand larceny after stealing chips
