Rochester man caught cheating at del Lago Resort & Casino

A 49-year-old Rochester man is facing two felony charges for allegedly cheating at the del Lago Resort & Casino. Jing X. Jiang, 49, of Rochester was charged with first-degree gaming fraud and third-degree grand larceny – both felonies – by state police. Rochester man charged with DWI in Seneca Co.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 20th at approximately 4:45 pm deputies responded to a traffic complaint on State Rt. 414.
