Canisteo man was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, after deputies say he charged an elderly couple in the Town of Arcade for home repair work he did not complete. Steuben County man arraigned on 28 child sex abuse charges

State Police arrested a Canisteo man Saturday on more than a dozen child sex abuse charges. According to troopers, 26-year-old Patrick Runyan was arrested after allegations of child sex abuse came to light.
