Deputies in Wayne County report an accident, which took place in Lyons over the weekend. Jesus Ballesteros-Cisneros, 24, of Penn Yan was southbound on Rt. 14 when his vehicle crossed over into the northbound lane, striking an embankment and flipping over several times.
